With over seven years of professional experience in accounting, tax, audit, and business advisory, Ally has played a pivotal role in supporting organizations across multiple sectors including education, NGOs, hospitality, trading, logistics, and services. He has successfully led and coordinated more than 40 statutory audits, consistently improving audit quality, enhancing internal control frameworks, and supporting clients in strengthening governance structures.
A Certified Tax Consultant/Practitioner registered with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Ally brings a disciplined, client-focused leadership style grounded in integrity, professionalism, and measurable impact. Hussein Abuu Juma is a highly skilled tax specialist and audit professional with over 10 years of experience supporting organizations in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance and is registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) as a CPA Candidate (Registration No. 29749).
He is also a registered Tax Consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), giving him strong credibility and technical authority in tax compliance, advisory, and dispute resolution. Hussein has led and supported a wide range of tax engagements, including corporate tax filings, VAT matters, payroll compliance, TRA audits, assessments, objections, and tax risk reviews across multiple industries.
Beyond taxation, Hussein has significant experience in both external and internal audit, supporting clients to strengthen financial reporting accuracy, improve internal controls, and enhance governance structures. His industry exposure spans trading, NGOs, education, services, agriculture, hospitality, and public sector entities.

CPA Julius Rwechungura is a seasoned audit professional and Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice, bringing more than 40 years of extensive experience to the firm. He is registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) as ACPA-PP (Registration No. 815).
Julius built his career through senior audit roles at Tanzania Audit Corporation (TAC) and later TAC Associates, ultimately serving as Audit Supervisor. Over the years, he has managed a broad portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors, consistently delivering high-quality assurance, advisory insight, and strategic guidance.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management (1985) and achieved CPA(T) status in 1996. Julius is known for his depth of technical knowledge, leadership strength, and long-standing record of professional excellence — bringing seasoned judgement and strategic perspective to every engagement.
